Medford police said the incident happened in the first block of Kenwood Drive. The man who lived there had gone to work at 2 p.m. and returned at 9:17 p.m. When he opened the door, he found a woman standing inside wearing his pants and shoes. Officers said the woman, identified as 55-year-old Teresa Moore , had hauled the man's discarded Christmas tree inside from the curb and had it half decorated. "He did not know her, did not give her permission to be there," Medford police Lt. Mike Budreau said. The man quietly ducked out to call police, and officers arrested Moore and took her to the Jackson County Jail on charges of first-degree burglary and third-degree theft. She was later released, but was arrested again Tuesday on a charge of unlawfully entering a vehicle after she reportedly broke into a car parked at People's Bank of Commerce, 750 Biddle Road. No property was taken, Budreau said. Moore remained in jail Tuesday on $10,000 bail.
