Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend December 8, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Theft, burglary — Seth Anthony Parrish, 19, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Parrish on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Theft — Kenneth Lee Kellam, 20, of the 20800 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Medford police Wednesday arrested Kellam on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and later released after posting bail. Theft — Crystal Bree Sansaver, 26, no known address. Sansaver appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft, first- degree attempted theft, driving under the influence of intoxicants, second-degree theft and harassment. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $18,000 bail. Criminal mistreatment — Scott Joseph Sicke, 51, of the 1400 block of Angelcrest Drive, Medford. Sicke appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Fred Lee Webster, 41, of the 900 block of Rocky Road, Trail. Shady Cove police Wednesday arrested Webster on charges of fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $12,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 800 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which stereos and computer equipment with a total value of $12,940 were stolen from a residence.
