Lunt appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with third-degree rape and four counts of third-degree sodomy. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Aggravated theft, theft — Willerd John Blumhardt, 69, of the 4600 block of Tioga Way, Central Point. Blumhardt appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with five counts of first-degree aggravated theft and seven counts of first-degree theft. He was booked into the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Rebecca Lynn Ellis, 35, of the 2900 block of Shasta Drive, Medford. Ellis appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Messian Windfield Bianchi, 33, of the 400 block of Elm Street, Phoenix. Bianchi appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of synthetic drugs. He was booked into the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Adam Seth Buntain, 26, no known address. Buntain appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. He was booked into the jail and released on his own recognizance. Identity theft — Tyson Gildas Storm, 19, of the 2500 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Storm appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with identity theft and attempted second-degree theft. He was booked into the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Kimberlee Sue Kilcollins, 43, of the 3200 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Kilcollins appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with manufacturing a controlled substance near a school and delivery of a controlled substance near a school. She was booked into the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Martin Ray Coons, 32, of the 800 block of Beekman Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Coons on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear in court and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
