Emergency services, Jan. 28 Sunday Jan 28, 2018 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Assault — Rebecca Ann Scott, 54, of the 11500 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Scott Friday on two felony counts of fourth-degree assault, on three misdemeanor counts of harassment and a count of recklessly endangering another person. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Andrew L. Rogers, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Rogers Friday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin, and on new misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Impaired Driving — Michael Dale Moore, 32, of the 2700 block of Cummings Lane, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Moore Friday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, and on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail. Drugs — Jessica Renee Johnson, 29, no known address. Talent police arrested Johnson Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of providing false information to police and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing methamphetamine. She remained lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million bail. Identity Theft — Shannon Michelle Trubenbach, 43, of the 1400 block of Scott Street, Medford. Jacksonville police arrested Trubenbach Friday on a felony charge of identity theft and misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and computer crime. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Lon Dearl Gossage, 67, of the 2000 block of Manchester Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Gossage Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Theft — Shane Davis McCosker, 22, of the 2500 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McCosker Friday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Jerry J. Bassett, 45, of the 1300 block of Woodland Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Bassett Saturday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Saturday on more than $1 million bail. Drugs — Tyler Allen Zavada, 25, of the 2000 block of Brookhurst Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Zavada Saturday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Murder — Cody James Templeton, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Templeton Saturday on felony charges of murder, attempted murder and first-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Attempted Assault — Gilbert Matthew Negrete, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Negrete Saturday on felony charges of attempted first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $122,500 bail. Theft — Luis Manuel Rivera Jr., 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Rivera Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail.
