What are the requirements, and where can we find entry forms? — Amanda W., Medford Everything you always wanted to know about the Jackson County Fair and were bold enough to ask can be found in the 2003 Fair Exhibitor Handbook, Amanda. The handbooks contain class listings, rules, entry deadlines and entry forms and are available at local libraries; Grange Co-ops in Medford, Ashland and Central Point; Big R; Valley Feed and Supply in Eagle Point; and other locations throughout the county. They’re also available at the fair office at the Jackson County Expo in Central Point. Advertisement Does your mom sew or quilt or can, Amanda? If so, she might want to enter some of those creations as well. The fair’s Open Class offers exhibits for baked goods, food preservation, textiles, fiber arts, quilts, art, hobby craft, photography, floriculture, land products and technology. That entry deadline is July 3. (The Open Class includes entries for youth, if you’ve inherited any of your mother’s talents, Amanda.) The Jackson County Fair this year is July 15-20.
