Teen rapist skips probation reports A teenage rapist who has skipped out on his probation requirements is wanted by Jackson County authorities, who are warning the public about the offender's status. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Joshua Raymond Brewer, 18, who was convicted last March for the second-degree rape of a 13-year-old girl. Brewer was being supervised by a Jackson County Community Corrections officer, but Brewer stopped reporting to his probation office, the department said. Officers warn that Brewer first develops a relationship to his would-be victims before sexually abusing them. Brewer is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and 135 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. His residence is unknown. Anyone who has seen Brewer, or knows of any misconduct or violations involving him, is asked to contact community corrections at 774-4900.
