Sheriff’s deputies arrested Randy Ray Wagner, of the 5000 block of Bartlett Street, on suspicion of menacing, coercion, carrying and attempting to use a weapon, and harassment. He was being held on $24,000 bail. According to sheriff’s department reports, Wagner’s line got snagged in the line of another fly-fisherman. When the other man left, deputies said Wagner followed, allegedly threatening him with a gun. Vandalism — Sheriff’s deputies report vandals broke into a yard on West Dutton Road Sunday morning, causing an estimated $1,000 in damage. Felony Arrests Cocaine — Kennard Williams, 50, of the 500 block of West Fourth Street. Medford police arrested Williams for two warrants related to thefts, another warrant related to a parole violation and alleged possession of cocaine. He was being held without bail. Amphetamines — Paula Ann Leslie, 32, of the 1100 block of West Second Street. Central Point police arrested Leslie on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession of amphetamines and contraband. She is being held on $14,000 bail. Amphetamines — Steven Donald Lingren, 33, of the 6800 block of Cork Drive in Central Point. Central Point Police arrested Lingren on charges of parole violation by possessing amphetamines, two warrants related to possessing amphetamines, possession of amphetamines, manufacturing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and contraband. He was being held without bail. Assault — Eugene Patrick Espinosa, 31, of the 1300 block of Fortune Drive. Medford police arrested Espinosa on suspicion of two counts of assault and two counts of harassment. He was being held on $15,000 bail. Weapon possession — Victor Tod McGuire, 40, address unavailable. Sheriff’s deputies arrested McGuire on suspicion of possession of amphetamines, possession of a weapon and resisting arrest. He was being held on $18,000 bail.
