Abdur Rashid Ali-Woods, 53, and Maurice Fulcher, 35, were jailed on charges of distribution and manufacture of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of heroin. Ali-Woods is also held on a charge of oxycodone possession. His bail is set at $65,000, and Fulcher's is set at $50,000, according to jail records. Breanne Leigh Franklin, 46, was jailed for violating her release agreement on previous charges of aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree theft and identity theft. Police said she wasn't suspected in the drug case, but was at the house when investigators arrived. Her bail is set at $83,000, jail records show. The Medford Area Drug & Gang Enforcement team and Central Point police served a narcotics search warrant in the 900 block of Cherry Street early today, following a two-month task force investigation into drug-related activity. Investigators found an ounce of heroin, a small amount of methamphetamine, scales, packaging, and more than $1,000 in cash. All three suspects were in the home at the time and arrested, a news release said. Police say the investigation is ongoing and that they are looking for other suspects involved.
