The fourth-grade elves at Orchard Hill School solve this problem without downsizing in the school's annual Christmas play at 1 and 6:30 p.m. today. The performance is free, but donations will be accepted. The cost-conscience elves include, from left, Andrew Mott, Quinton Walker, Conrad Hulen, Nathin Smith, Kaetlyn Martin and Tina Evangelista.
