Emergency services, Dec. 14 Dec 14, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Hit and run — Sean J. Michael Barger, 32, of Strongsville, Ohio. Medford police arrested Barger Sunday on charges of hit and run to an injured person and hit and run causing property damage. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Abelardo Ayala-Rubio, 30, of the 200 block of Shetland Drive, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Ayala-Rubio Monday on warrants charging him with delivering methamphetamine and felony possessing less than an ounce of meth. He was booked in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Robbery — Victor Manuel Torres Montano Jr., 21, of the 300 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Torres Montano Monday on charges of second-degree robbery, third-degree assault and first-degree theft. He was held in jail Tuesday.
