Fudge appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Karl Owen Dir, 44, no known address. Dir appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Tanya Lea Stanley, 30, of the first block of North Modoc Avenue, Medford. Stanley appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree aggravated theft and three counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Sodomy, sexual penetration, sex abuse — Rex Allen Hulse, 43, of the 6100 block of Upton Road, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Thursday arrested Hulse on two counts of first-degree sodomy, two counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and four counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $8 million bail. Drugs — David George Phillips, 56, of the 1000 block of Edwina Avenue, Central Point. Phillips appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Kayre Billings, 36, of the 200 block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Billings on charges of possession of methamphetamine and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $17,000 bail. Drugs — Patrick Murphy Hayley, 42, of the 200 block of North Holly Street, Medford. Hayley appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Tampering — Gemma Marie McColloch, 41, of the 100 block of Independence Drive, Grants Pass. Rogue River police Thursday arrested McColloch on charges of tampering with drug records, interfering with a police report and second-degree child neglect. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $20,000 bail. Crime report Vehicle theft — 2400 block of Pheasant Lane, Medford.
