A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Marley on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and first-degree possession of a forged instrument. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $15,000 bail. Theft — Connie Ann Pugh, 40, of the 1200 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. A Central Point police officer Tuesday arrested Pugh on a charge of first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Tuesday on $20,000 bail. Hit-and-run driving — Michael Ryan Rikard, 21, of the 1900 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Rikard appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with hit-and-run driving causing injury, third-degree assault and reckless driving. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Sandee Dane Kensinger, 21, no known address. A Phoenix police officer Tuesday arrested Kensinger on charges of possession of amphetamines and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Joshua Brandon Barlow, 27, of the 100 block of South Pacific Highway, Talent. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Barlow on charges of manufacturing cocaine, delivering cocaine and possession of cocaine. He was lodged in jail and later released after posting bail. Crime reports Vehicle theft — 7600 block of Agate Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a red, 1987 Subaru GL valued at $300 was stolen. The vehicle’s Oregon license plate number is WKV 162.
