An Oregon State Police trooper Tuesday arrested Hyrst on two counts of third-degree sodomy, third-degree rape and four counts of furnishing liquor to a minor. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released after posting bail. Drugs — Toby Alan Atchley, 35, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Atchley on charges of possession of amphetamines, endangering a minor and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $21,000 bail. Assault — Robert J. Dale Knight, 32, of the 400 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Knight on two counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $12,000 bail. Drugs — Ashley Eve Reynolds, 29, of the 300 block of Effie Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Reynolds on charges of possession of cocaine and failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Tuesday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Christopher Ryan Fenkell, 24, of the 3300 block of Highway 66, Ashland. Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team agents Tuesday arrested Fenkell on charges of manufacturing hallucinogens, delivering hallucinogens and possession of hallucinogens. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Jonathan Charles Wall, 30, no known address. An Ashland police officer Tuesday arrested Wall on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — Intersection of Corey Road and Highway 62, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a set of tarps valued at $1,500 were stolen from a truck.
