Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend April 4, 2006 Meth dealer wanted EDITOR’S NOTE: Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon, in cooperation with the Mail Tribune and KTVL Channel 10, is participating in "Meth Watch," a program intended to combat the manufacture and sales of methamphetamine in Southern Oregon. Each week, Meth Watch will focus on a person wanted by Jackson or Josephine county law-enforcement agencies for delivery and/or manufacture of methamphetamine. Osvaldo Silva is wanted by Medford police for violating probation conditions of a conviction for delivering meth. Silva was sentenced in August 2003 to three years on probation. Officers alleged a violation and requested a warrant for his arrest in February. Bail on the warrant is $5,000. Silva is described as a 21-year-old Hispanic man, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and pierced ears. The words "Rest in Peace Alma Reyes & Huero" are tattooed on his upper right arm, and there are tattoos of the Virgin Mary, roses and an Aztec face on his upper left arm. The picture shown in today’s newspaper was taken in October.
