I've been trying to subscribe for over two years. — Walter, Shady Cove According to Charter Communications, which sells Internet, phone and cable television services, extending service to Shady Cove just wouldn't be profitable. "At this time, we do not service that area as our network stops about seven miles from this community," said Charter Communications Regional Communications Director Kim Haas. "In every market or community we serve, there comes a demarcation point where it is no longer economically feasible to extend our service." She added, "While we currently do not service Shady Cove, Charter continues to make investments in our network and will explore solutions to extend services to new areas."
