The crash was first reported to 911 at about 2:30 a.m., dispatch logs from Emergency Communications of Southern Oregon show. No one was seriously injured. OSP said a 2001 Dodge Stratus, driven by 21-year-old Marco Lozano of Medford, crashed into a commercial truck near Milepost 28 between the northbound on-ramp and the viaduct in Medford. Additional official details about how the crash happened were not available. Lozano was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, according to Lt. Bill Fugate of OSP. Lozano was not listed in the Jackson County Jail later in the day, according to jail records. The Oregon Department of Transportation said both northbound lanes were closed until just before 3 a.m., when the fast lane reopened. Both lanes reopened at 5:37 a.m. Spokesman Gary Leaming said they had no significant issues with traffic congestion because of the time of day.
