Body found in car outside hospital Medford police are investigating the death of an Eagle Point man whose badly decomposed body was found in a car Sunday outside Providence Hospital. Officer Chad Teresi said the body of 49-year-old Jim Jon Burns had probably sat in the car in the hospital parking lot since Friday. The body was discovered in connection with an odor complaint. "It�s been pretty hot," Teresi observed. For now, police are not classifying the case. Teresi said an autopsy is pending. "As of right now, it�s just under investigation," he said.
