A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Sullivant on charges of possession of amphetamines, delivering amphetamines, a parole violation and seven warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Tonya Delene Randahl, 21, no known address. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Randahl on a warrant charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $5,000 bail. Robbery — Arsenio Cabrales, 24, of the 2400 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Cabrales on two counts of harassment, third-degree robbery, second-degree theft, fourth-degree assault, a probation violation and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $27,000 bail. Drugs — Robin Lamonte Izatt, 40, of the 300 block of Redwing Drive, Eagle Point. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Izatt on a charge of possession of amphetamines and warrants charging him with two counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $30,000 bail. Drugs — Tyrus Shane Jones, 37, of the 200 block of Elm Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Jones on charges of possession of amphetamines, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs, failure to register — Andrew William Haning, 22, no known address. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Haning on charges of possession of amphetamines and failure to register as a sex offender, along with warrants charging him with driving under the influence of intoxicants and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $46,000 bail. Advertisement Theft — Chase Robert Taylor, 19, of the 4700 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Taylor appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Ronald Dale Myer, 43, of the 200 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Myer appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Identity theft — Wade Owen Kentopp, 26, of Bend. Kentopp appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with identity theft. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Assault — Rahman Manchu Thiel, 29, of the 900 block of Glendale Avenue, Ashland. An Ashland police officer Thursday arrested Thiel on charges of third-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $28,000 bail. Drugs — Jesse Avila Flores, 22, of the 900 block of Grant Street, Medford. Flores appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivering amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Theft — Christopher Alan McKenzie, 43, of the 700 block of Willow Street, Ashland. McKenzie appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Eluding — Glenn Raymond Rock, 41, of the 2700 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. An Oregon State Police trooper Thursday arrested Rock on charges of attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle, attempting to elude a police officer on foot, reckless driving and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs, eluding — Jonathan Anthony Kinsella, 32, of the 3300 block of Snowy Butte Lane, Central Point. A Medford police officer late Wednesday arrested Kinsella on charges of attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle, attempting to elude a police officer on foot, reckless driving, second-degree theft, possession of amphetamines and an out-of-county warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Casey Matthew Carrigan, 43, of the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. An Oregon State Police trooper late Wednesday arrested Carrigan on charges of possession of amphetamines and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail and was released after posting bail. Crime reports Vehicle theft, vandalism — 6000 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a theft in which someone vandalized a fence and stole a motorcycle. The total loss was estimated at $3,800. Burglary — 200 block of Elm Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a garage and stole tools valued at $700. Theft — 200 block of North Bartlett Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a theft in which a purse, credit cards and a sapphire ring valued at $900 were stolen from a vehicle. Miscellaneous Stabbing — Jackson County sheriff’s investigators were trying to determine late Thursday what led to the stabbing of a man inside a Wimer-area home. Matthew Flynn, 46, was taken by ambulance to Providence Medford Medical Center with a stab wound to his arm, Sheriff Mike Winters said. Flynn was listed in fair condition, a hospital spokeswoman said. Flynn was apparently stabbed at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday at a home in the 100 block of Carlos Avenue. A female resident of the home was questioned about the incident and later taken to Rogue Valley Medical Center, Winters said. It was unclear why she was transported to the hospital, and a nursing supervisor said late Thursday that the woman was not listed as a patient. Winters said Flynn and the woman’s stories were conflicting, as Flynn told police the woman stabbed him in the arm, but she contended that the wound was self-inflicted, Winters said. No further information was made available late Thursday, when detectives were still investigating the incident.
