Oregon State Police said 31-year-old Thomas Crowley was driving north on Interstate 5 in a 1999 Subaru wagon when he crashed near milepost 19 at about 3:40 p.m. The vehicle rolled several times, and Crowley was ejected from the vehicle. Ashland Fire & Rescue and OSP responded to the scene and found Crowley critically injured. Crowley, of Kailua, Hawaii, was transported to Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center for treatment. Hospital officials said he remains there in critical condition. OSP said the crash is still under investigation.
