March 14. 2015 2:00AM Emergency services, March 14 Felony arrests Vehicle theft — Walter Dan Delamar, 34, of the 1000 block of Crown Avenue, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Delamar on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Johnny Reyes Jr., 41, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Reyes on charges of possession of oxycodone, DUII and reckless driving. He was lodged in the jail on $35,000 bail. Theft — Alan Lee Criswell, 48, of the 100 block of Kelso Street, Phoenix. Eagle Point police Friday arrested Criswell on two counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in the jail on $10,000 bail. Theft — Jonathan David Alrich, 20 of the 200 block of Tolman Creek Road, Ashland. Ashland police Friday arrested Alrich on a charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — James Leon Goulden, 20, of the 800 block of Taylor Street, Medford. Goulden Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Megan Elizabeth Sills, 20, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Sills on a charge of possession of heroin. She was lodged in the jail on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 2500 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 12:35 p.m. Thursday of the theft of snowboard equipment, two computers and miscellaneous tools.
