Emergency services, Aug. 7 By Mail Tribune staff Aug 07, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Unauthorized use — Andrew Ryan Robbins, 36, of the 1000 block of Dakota Ave., Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robbins Friday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Robbins was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail. Robbery — Hollyann Katherine Smith, 34, of no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on charges of third-degree robbery. Smith was also lodged on multiple charges of second-degree trespass and third- and second-degree theft. Smith was released from jail on her own recognizance.
