Friday Jan 02, 2004 12:00 AM A A - Ashland man, 28, charged with DUII alcohol and controlled substance, possession of amphetamines and parole violation, Pioneer and B streets, lodged in Jackson County Jail. Passenger, a 40-year-old Ashland man, cited for several outstanding warrants. 5:45 p.m. Wednesday - Male adult found intoxicated and lost in a back yard on the 1300 block of Iowa Street, released to a sober adult. 5 p.m. Wednesday - Two-car accident, North Main and Nursery streets, one driver cited for careless driving. 10 p.m. Wednesday - Intoxicated man on the Plaza found to be unable to care for himself, transported to Medford Detox. 8:42 p.m. Wednesday - Ashland man, 19, charged with disorderly conduct after reportedly running down the street yelling obscenities near the Plaza. 11:45 p.m. Wednesday - 18-year-old man cited on the Plaza for minor in possession of alcohol, having an open container in public and interfering with a police officer. 10:11 p.m. Wednesday - Adult male found to be intoxicated with a 0.45 blood alcohol count and unable to care for himself, 2300 block Ashland Street, transported to Medford Detox. 12:06 a.m. Thursday - Ashland man, 23, charged with assault on the Plaza after he reportedly struck the face of another twice. 12:23 a.m. Thursday - Medford man, 21 charged with disorderly conduct after reportedly starting a fight with several people in front of the Kat Wok, 00 block East Main Street, lodged in Jackson County Jail. 1:25 a.m. Thursday - Central Point man, 34, charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest at the Kat Wok, 00 block East Main Street, lodged in Jackson County Jail. Thursday - Adult woman found to be too intoxicated to care for herself, Water Street and Central Avenue, transported to Medford Detox.
