Emergency services, Sept. 3 By Mail Tribune staff Sep 03, 2020 08:00 AM A A Felony arrests Elude — Harley Gutierrez-Lopez, 22, of the 16400 block of Ramsey Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gutierrez-Lopez Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Amber Nicole Humphrey, 35, of the 7500 block of Gebhard Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Humphrey Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempt to elude police in a vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, and misdemeanor charges of attempt to elude police on foot, unlawfully possessing heroin, recklessly endangering another person and hit-and-run property damage. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on her own recognizance. Aggravated Harassment — Michelle Dawn Fahmie, 32, no known address. Central Point police arrested Fahmie Wednesday on a felony charge of aggravated harassment and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday. Elude — Robert Jason Herrle, 41, of the 3000 block of Glengrove Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Herrle Wednesday on felony charges of attempt to elude police in a vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief and manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of delivering meth. He was held in jail Wednesday on $45,000 bail. Drugs — Troy E. Tolliver, 51, of the 8800 block of Dead Indian Memorial Road, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Tolliver Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Luke Vickery, 42, of Klamath Falls. Ashland police arrested Vickery Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Emergency Services handcuffed.jpg
