Photo by Bob Pennell Saluting Veterans Day A row of Star-Spangled Banners seems to stand at attention Wednesday in preparation for Veterans Day at the Department of Veterans Affairs Domiciliary in White City. An annual ceremony honoring veterans is planned for 10 a.m. today at the facility; keynote speakers will be U.S. Rep. Greg Walden, R-Hood River, and Hoon Sohn, consul general of South Korea.
