When another driver called police to complain about a reckless driver in a GMC Envoy , Oregon State Police determined the vehicle had been reported stolen in Medford. About 10 minutes after the initial call, troopers found the  Envoy abandoned along the northbound shoulder of the interstate near WIlsonville at 12:47 p.m., an OSP news release said.  Logan Mitchell Hansen, 29,  who is believed to have run from the abandoned SUV, was founded and arrested by an officer from the Wilsonville Police Department shortly before 1 p.m., the release said.
