A Medford police officer Friday arrested Hernandez on two counts of first-degree theft, two counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Friday night on $80,000 bail. Burglary — Matthew Olin Huff, 29, of the 3000 block of Wells Fargo Road, Central Point. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Huff on charges of first-degree burglary, first- degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault and parole violations. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $50,000 bail. Drugs — Roseanne Kathleen Baehr, 33, of the 600 block of East Archwood Drive, Eagle Point. Baehr made her initial appearance Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released. Drugs — Toni Kay Carling, 41, of the 1000 block of Crews Road, Medford. Carling made her initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released. Drugs — Kelly Lee Evans, 34, of the 900 block of East Pine Street, Central Point. Evans made his initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on charges of possession of marijuana and manufacturing marijuana. He was booked into jail then released. Drugs — Bobby Joe Barnes, 51, of the 3200 block of Robertson Bridge Road, Grants Pass. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Barnes on charges of delivery of amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $15,000 bail. Advertisement Injury accidents Single-vehicle wreck — Three men were injured Friday evening when their vehicle left the road and smashed into a tree about three miles west of Ruch on Highway 238. Emergency crews from Applegate Fire District No. 9 responded to the accident at about 5:30 p.m., said Operations Chief Chris Wolfard. Oregon State Police and a Jacksonville police officer also went to the scene. All three men were taken to Medford hospitals, one of them by helicopter, Wolfard said. Their names were not available Friday night.
