October 29. 2014 2:00AM Steven M. Rayburn Steven M. Rayburn passed away October 3, 2014 surrounded by his wife and family. Survivors include his wife, Della; mother, Cecelia; son Michael; grandson, Tigh; brothers, Tony, Joseph, Matthew, and David; and sisters, Norene, Diane, and Kathy. He was preceded in death by his father, Perry; brothers, Neil and Vincent; and sister, Theresa. Steve was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
