BMW dealership to get own building Lithia Motors' BMW dealership is getting a place of its own. The publicly-owned company plans build a 5,000-square-foot building on Central Avenue to house Medford BMW sales, parts and service, company chairman and CEO Sid DeBoer said. Building permits have been submitted to the city and DeBoer hopes construction will begin this spring. The new showroom will be built between Lithia's existing Honda and Nissan dealerships. DeBoer said there more new BMWs sold in the Rogue Valley than any other luxury car and that sales of the car are stronger here than in many other markets. He estimates that Lithia sells about a dozen BMWs per month. Lithia's Suzuki operations will move to the existing BMW space. Several of Lithia's other auto brands will also be moving to new locations. The company's Volkswagen and Isuzu lots will likely move to the former Thrift Auto spot on Riverside Avenue.
