People in Business Stephanie Deines Tuesday Oct 24, 2017 at 12:01 PM Oct 24, 2017 at 4:26 PM U.S. Bank has named Stephanie Deines branch manager at its office at 827 S. Central Ave., in Medford. Deines has worked in the financial services industry for eight years, most recently as financial services representative with Clark County Credit Union in Las Vegas. Prior to that she was a branch manager for U.S. Bank in North Las Vegas. Deines earned a degree in graphic communications from Indian Valley Community College in Sandwich, Illinois. Deines has volunteered for Junior Achievement, Rebuilding Together and the Animal Foundation, and was involved in leading financial literacy events with People First of Nevada. Doug Rende has been named CEO of TerraMai. Rende has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the building materials industry. Rende most recently was president of Glen-Gery, a $130 million brick and stone manufacturing company. Previously he was president of Mitten Building Materials, a Ply Gem Canada operating unit. Prior to that he was president and CEO of NanoPhrades, a marketing and research consulting firm in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Before that he was vice president for business development and corporate marketing at Nomaco; president at Babin Building Solutions; vice president and general manager for Associated Materials; vice president at Pergo; and general manager for Armstrong World Industries. Rende is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University in Maryland and the University of Pennsylvania Aresty Institute of Executive Education in the Wharton Business School. Licensed real estate broker Jen Staszak has joined the staff of RE/MAX Integrity’s Medford office on Heathrow Way. Staszak is a Hofstra University graduate who taught high school English for 18 years. Staszak has been involved with Postpartum Support International since 2015, where she currently serves as the Southern Oregon resource coordinator. Wittnebel has seven years of banking experience. He joined the bank in February 2016 as a credit analyst. Prior to joining Banner Bank, Wittnebel was a credit analyst and lending analyst for U.S. Bank between 2010 and 2016. He earned a bachelor's degree in GIS, Urban and Regional Planning, Economics from Bemidji State University in Minnesota.
