A Central Point police officer Tuesday arrested Felsen on two counts of supplying contraband, possession of amphetamines, possession of cocaine and manufacturing cocaine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Tuesday on $87,250 bail. Forgery — Bradley Warren Polk, 29, of Lake Oswego. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Polk on warrants charging him with first-degree forgery and first- degree possession of a forged instrument. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $20,000 bail. Attempted eluding — Brian Keith Stanfield, 32, of Warm Springs. A Central Point police officer Tuesday arrested Stanfield on a charge of attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $10,000 bail. Theft, forgery — Richard Carl George, 34, of the 200 block of South Oakdale Street, Medford. George appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree theft, first-degree theft and first-degree forgery. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Theft — Richard Wayne Stepp Jr., 22, of the 2200 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Stepp appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Scott Michael Dehass, 33, of the 200 block of Coachman Drive, Jacksonville. Dehass appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Michelle Moran Wesley, 73, of Alderpoint, Calif. Wesley appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of hallucinogens. He was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 1400 block of Crown Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a theft of a 1989 Toyota valued at $5,000. Fire calls Wildland fire — Oregon Department of Forestry crews called upon a pair of helicopters to help slow the spread of a fire that burned more than two acres of land Tuesday night east of Wimer. The fire was first reported at about 5:20 p.m. near Ramsey Creek Road. It grew quickly but was slowed when two helicopters dropped water on the flames. "It certainly had some potential," ODF spokesman Dennis Turco said. Crews were able to get the blaze contained by 8 p.m., but some firefighters were expected to remain on the scene overnight, Turco said. The cause of the fire was unknown Tuesday night.
