A Medford police officer late Tuesday arrested Kaup on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released because of overcrowding. Theft, burglary, drugs — David Michael Day, 23, no known address. A Medford police officer late Tuesday arrested Day on charges of first-degree burglary, unlawful use of a vehicle, possession of amphetamines, carrying a concealed weapon, first-degree trespass, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $40,000 bail. Drugs — Theresa Maria Villa, 44, of the 500 block of Library Street, Medford. A Central Point police officer Wednesday arrested Villa on a charge of possession of amphetamines and warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail then released after posting bail. Assault — James Patrick Rall, 24, of the 2200 block of Main Street, Klamath Falls. A Central Point police officer Wednesday arrested Rall on warrants charging him with second-degree assault and third-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $50,000 bail. Drugs — Mindy Lea Hanscom, 28, of the 1100 block of Second Avenue, Gold Hill. Hanscom appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines and making a false report. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance.
