Felony arrests Aggravated Theft — Lon Burtis Delaney, 60, of the first block of Quail Run Drive, Shady Cove. On Friday, Delaney made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of aggravated first-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Theft — Shelby Nichole Blanton, 22, of the 200 block of Brownsboro Meridian Road, Eagle Point. On Friday, Blanton made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Sex Abuse — Derrick Keith Kinley, 53, of the 1100 block of Peachwood Court, Medford. On Friday, Kinley made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Ozzie O’Learie Allen, 29, of the 600 block of Teakwood Drive, Eagle Point. On Friday, Allen made his initial court appearance on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Assault — Jeffery Allan Eichman, 42, of the 6400 block of Adams Road, Talent. On Friday, Eichman made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Criminal Mistreatment — Megan Raeh Lopez, 20, of the 400 block of West Barnett Road, Medford. On Friday, Lopez made her initial court appearance on felony counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Sex Offender — Yovani Espana, 26, of the 3700 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. On Friday, Espana made his initial appearance on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender on his birthday. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Theft — Tajwana Jean Lynn Smith, 45, of the 2100 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. On Friday, Smith made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Identity Theft — Emigdio Cortes-Valle, 39, of the first block of Chestnut Street, Medford. On Friday, Cortes-Valle made his initial court appearance on felony charges of identity theft and first-degree possessing a forged instrument. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Theft — Anastasia Marie Riebs, 46, of the 300 block of Engle Street, Ashland. On Friday, Riebs made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Burglary — Dennis Raymond Hutchinson, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hutchinson Friday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree burglary, three counts of first-degree theft and for violating his probation on prior convictions for attempt to elude police in a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on $55,000 bail. Drugs — Cowin Jarid Ching, 40, no known address. Central Point police arrested Ching Friday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on $7,500 bail. Mail Theft — Ellen Yolanda Glass, 52, no known address. Medford police arrested Glass Friday on a felony charge of mail theft and misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Jordan Ronald Lundgren, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lundgren Friday on felony charges of possessing heroin and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct, and for violating his parole on a prior cocaine-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.
