Medford and Ashland police arrested Evans Wednesday on charges of attempted first-degree aggravated theft and possession of amphetamine. He faced added charges Thursday of first-degree aggravated theft and three counts of first-degree theft. He was held in the Jackson County Jail on $49,000 bail. Theft — Tammi Lee Lee, 34, of the 600 block of Davidson Road, Williams. Medford police arrested Lee Wednesday on warrants charging her with counts of second-degree theft and forgery. She faced added charges Thursday of first-degree aggravated theft and violating parole conditions of a drug conviction. She was jailed without bail. Theft — John Patrick Keefe, 34, no permanent address. Medford police arrested Keefe late Wednesday on charges of first- and third-degree theft and two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. There also were warrants for his arrest stemming from his failure to appear in court on multiple misdemeanor charges. He was jailed on $31,000 bail. Sex crime — Douglas Ray Page, 42, of the 1100 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Page Thursday on a charge of using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct. He was jailed on $1 million bail. Fugitive — Crystal June Neiman, 22, of the first block of Clover Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Neiman Thursday after discovering that she was a fugitive from South Dakota wanted on a forgery charge. There also were warrants for her arrest stemming from her failure to appear in court on drug charges. She was jailed without bail. Drugs — Terry Lee Turgeon, 23, of the 3500 block of Colver Road, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Turgeon early Thursday on charges of possession of amphetamine and contraband. There also were warrants for his arrest stemming from his failure to appear in court on drug- and driving-related charges. He was jailed on $16,500 bail. Drugs — Daniel Richardo Provincio, 21, no address listed. Oregon State Police arrested Provincio Thursday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. He was jailed on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Louie Lazic, 46, of the 4700 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Lazic appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamine. He was booked in jail and released.
