Emergency services, Sept. 20 Sep 21, 2015 12:00 AM A A Felony Arrests Theft — Robert William Alexander, III, 32, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Alexander on charges of first-degree theft, third-degree theft, possession of heroin, first-degree criminal trespassing and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $56,000 bail. Burglary — Mickey Coy Estep, 37, of the first block of Myers Court, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Estep on charges of first-degree burglary, possession of methamphetamine, first-degree theft and probation violations. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Guadalupe Elvir Quintero-Nunez, 42, of the 2100 block of Taylor Road, Central Point. Central Point police Saturday arrested Quintero-Nunez on charges of possession of methamphetamine and fourth-degree assault. She was released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Joseph Warren Helderman, 39, no listed address. Medford police Sunday arrested Helderman on charges of possession of methamphetamine, interfering with a police officer and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail. Crime Reports Vandalism — Medford police Saturday took a report of vandalism to a front vehicle bumper in the 1700 block of Tanglewood Lane. The damage was estimated at $750. Theft — Medford police Sunday took a report of the theft of construction tools valued at $4,130 from the 1600 block of Dove Lane.
