Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brammer Monday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and on a misdemeanor municipal court warrant for failing to appear on a previous charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Assault — Matthew Thomas Gilliland, 28, of the 400 block of South E Street, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Gilliland Monday on felony warrants charging him with first- and third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail. Burglary — Timothy James Jones, 33, of the 3800 block of Springbrook Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jones Monday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering into a motor vehicle and first-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Marijuana — Tyler Zackery Gartin, 25, of the 200 block of Oak Street, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Gartin Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with unlawfully manufacturing a marijuana item, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of unlawfully manufacturing marijuana, reckless driving, second- and third-degree theft and on an out-of-county warrant. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Burglary — Landon Rayne Georgianna, 39, of the 400 block of Highcrest Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Georgianna Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail. Theft — Deidra Jean Lichfield, 61, of the 2700 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Central Point police arrested Litchfield Tuesday on a felony warrant charging her with first-degree theft and on misdemeanor warrants on charges of second-degree theft and on a Medford municipal warrant for providing false information to a police officer. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Elude — Gustavo Adolfo Pardo, III, 40, of the 100 block of Glenn Way, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Pardo Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor charges of interfering with police and resisting arrest. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
