Medford police Friday arrested Shields on charges of possession of methamphetamine, three counts of fourth-degree assault, two counts of harassment, strangulation and four counts of failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday on $47,000 bail. Drugs — Warren Alexander Rich, 21, of the 1500 block of Worthington Road, Eagle Point. Shady Cove police Saturday arrested Rich on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $5,000 bail. Contraband — Gerald Fay Carter, 65, of the 3400 block of Rogue River Drive, Eagle Point. Shady Cove police Saturday arrested Carter on charges of supplying contraband and two counts of failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $10,450 bail. Drugs — Darren Glen Arbouin, 26, of the 16800 block of Redwood Highway, Selma. Medford police Saturday arrested Arbouin on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Jennifer Anne White, 19, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested White on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Saturday on $5,000 bail. Theft, weapon — Douglas Alan Silver, 29, of the 300 block of West Fourth Street, Phoenix. Medford police Saturday arrested Silver on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
