Sign of the times Nov 11, 2014 12:00 AM A A Signs Etc. removes the Kim's Restaurant sign Monday for restoration. Kim's will be demolished this week in preparation for a $26 million casino proposed by the Coquille Indian Tribe, though the Bureau of Indian Affairs has yet to approve the proposal. The sign will be on display at the Terpening Motor Museum outside Phoenix next summer. The building has been vacant since May 2005, when the restaurant operations ceased.
