October 31. 2014 11:38AM Donor helps Mt. Ashland buy new ski boots Mt. Ashland Ski Area was able to purchase 200 pairs of new children's ski boots for the upcoming ski season, thanks to a donation. The boots will replace the old, worn boots in the snow park's fleet, officials said. "Let's just say that the old boots have helped us teach a lot of kids how to ski," said Linda Parazoo, Mt. Ashland's snow sports director.
