Emergency services, Dec. 1 By Mail Tribune staff Dec 01, 2022 12:00 AM A A Arrests.jpg Felony arrests Weapon use — Daniel Ray Perryman, 25, of the 2800 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Ashland police arrested Perryman Monday on warrants charging him with unlawful use of a weapon, four counts of recklessly endangering another person and a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Bryan Jesse Scoggins, 30, no known address. Scoggins made an appearance Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on new charges of manufacturing, delivering and felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance. Talent police originally arrested Scoggins Nov. 20 on charges of second-degree burglary and failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree trespassing and providing false information to police. He was held in jail Wednesday.
