Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend December 31, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Criminal mischief — Marcus Allen Carter, 33, of the 1500 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday added a charge of first-degree criminal mischief against Carter, who was originally arrested on Thursday on charges of first-degree attempted burglary and first-degree theft. He remained in the Jackson County Jail late Friday on $100,000 bail. Theft — Daniel Matthew Miller, 21, of the 1100 block of North Fifth Street, Central Point. Central Point police Thursday arrested Miller on a charge of first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — David Charles Geppert, 42, of the 60500 block of Jones Road, White City. A sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Geppert on charges of second-degree trespassing and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $6,000 bail. Theft — Danny Ray Henderson, 29, of the 200 block of Williams Lane, Shady Cove. A sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Henderson on charges of second-degree trespassing and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Michael James Rardin, 24, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Rardin on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail without bail. Vehicle theft — Shae Karen Houser, 32, of the 1600 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Houser on a charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Elizabeth Robin Baines, 19, of the 3500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Baines appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and endangering a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Tawny Marie Smith, 20, of the 300 block of South Fifth Street, Redmond. Smith appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Isidro Aguilar-Corrales, 31, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Aguilar-Corrales on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail.
