Medford police arrested Villa Wednesday on a warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and was no longer an inmate as of Friday. Strangulation — Kyle Owen Dir, 31, of the 1400 block of Ashbrook Circle, Medford. On Thursday, Dir appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new charge of felony strangulation constituting domestic violence. Medford police originally arrested Dir Wednesday on a charge of misdemeanor fourth-degree assault charge. He was held in jail Friday. Forgery — Zachary James Eason, 33, of the 1000 block of Sunrise Way, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Eason Thursday on charges of first-degree forgery, identity theft, and first-degree possessing a forged instrument. He was booked in jail Thursday and was no longer an inmate as of Friday. Elude — Kelly Melissa Flick, 43, of Roseburg. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Flick Thursday on warrants charging her with attempting to elude police in a vehicle and second-degree trespassing. She was booked in the jail Thursday and no longer an inmate Friday. Sexual Abuse — Jimmy Dean Gairson, 46, of the 100 block of Fawn Circle, Shady Cove. On Thursday, Gairson made an appearance on three added counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Gairson June 3 on earlier charges of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He was held in jail Friday. Criminal Mischief — Michael Anthony Nichols, 31, no known address. Ashland police arrested Nichols Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree trespassing and resisting arrest. He was held in jail Friday. Robbery — Jeremy Aaron Petko, 47, of the 1100 block of Woodrow Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Petko Thursday on charges of first-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary, first- and third-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor strangulation, harassment and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Friday.
