Medford police arrested Gilmore Thursday on a charge of failure to register his address as a sex offender and a warrant charging him with failure to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Thursday night on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Bradley Michael Rizzo, 23, of the 800 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Rizzo Thursday on charges of possession of amphetamines, being a felon in possession of a weapon and parole violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night without bail. Drugs — Donnell Luis Jordon, 23, no address listed. Medford police arrested Jordon on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Tina Louise Madrigal, 27, of the 1300 block of Benjamin Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Madrigal Thursday on a charge of possession of amphetamines and warrants charging her with probation violation. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Thursday night without bail. Burglary — Kenneth Wayne Waddell, 43, no address listed. Medford police arrested Waddell Thursday on charges of first-degree burglary and two counts of violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $60,000 bail. Drugs — Florence Alena-bell Smith, 43, of the 800 block of Highland Drive, Medford. Smith appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Cara Robyn Fachet, 29, of the 2000 block of Grandview Avenue, Medford. Fachet appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging her with possession and delivery of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Burglary — 1600 block of Highway 238, Jacksonville. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Thursday of a burglary that happened March 21. Preliminary reports estimated the loss at $1,300, but didn’t list the items reported stolen. Fire calls Trailer fire — 7500 block of Atlantic Avenue, White City. Jackson County Fire District No. 3 firefighters were called to a fire at about 9 p.m. Thursday at a 31-foot camping trailer that was being used as a temporary home by newcomers to the area. The fire destroyed the camping trailer and an adjacent car before firefighters quelled it. Officials estimated the total loss at about $7,000. Injury accident Vehicle crash — Highway 140 at milepost 32.5, Klamath County. Oregon State Police responded to a report of a pair of accidents triggered when a pickup tried to pass an Oregon Department of Transportation snowplow at about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday. Dru Davis Philips, 21, of Medford, pulled out to pass the westbound snowplow, lost control in the slush, hit the side of the snowplow and skidded across the highway. Snowplow driver Dennis Achten, 56, of Keno, stopped on the shoulder. Immediately behind the plow, Willis Ray Wormuth, 52, of Grants Pass, was slowing to stop when his Nissan pickup was hit from behind by a Ford Taurus driven by Justin A. Blyleven, 18, of Klamath Falls. Wormuth’s truck was shoved into the sand-spreader on the back of the plow and he sustained head injuries, police said. Mercy Flights ambulance took Wormuth to Providence Medical Center, where he was in good condition Thursday evening. Blyleven was cited for violation of the basic rule and Philips was cited for failure to drive within a lane.
