Convicted felon and sex offender David Matthew Jetmore, 21, was arrested in 2002 in Josephine County on charges of first- degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, and third-degree rape, all felony charges. He was sentenced to five years of probation, 30 days in jail, and fines totaling $6,500. He was also required to register as a sex offender. As a registered sex offender, Jetmore is required by law to report his new address within 10 days of moving or within 10 days of his birthday. The last time Jetmore registered was Dec. 15 at an address in Grants Pass. The Medford Police Department has learned that Jetmore is now living in Medford. Because he has violated the terms of his probation, a statewide, no-bail felony warrant has been issued for his arrest. There is also an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear/second-degree criminal mischief. Jetmore is described as a white male adult, 6 feet tall, approximately 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes with no known tattoos. The picture shown here, taken February 2003, is the most recent available.
