Scott E. Meese Feb 07, 2015 12:00 AM A A Scott E. Meese born to Jed and Celia Meese July 28, 1961 graduated to be with the Lord February 3, 2015 surrounded by loved ones. Survivors include his parents; wife, Lori; daughter, Kimberly; son, Kane Cottle; and his two grandchildren, Mika and Kai. Scott's request was not to have a service but to celebrate his life.
