Medford police Sunday arrested Gleason on a charge of first-degree theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Monday on $10,000 bail. Assault — Samantha Joel Clark, 21, of the 700 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Clark on charges of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Monday on $12,000 bail. Drugs, assault — Jeffrey Allen Lockard, 49, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Lockard on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer, harassment, third-degree criminal mischief, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
