Turgeon was arrested Sept. 19, 2002, on two outstanding municipal court warrants. At the time of Turgeon’s arrest, Medford police also found him to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was indicted on that charge on Sept. 24, 2002, but failed to appear in court on five different dates and warrants were issued. He was arrested in March 2004 and pleaded guilty to the charge. He received a sentence of 18 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and a fine of $500. Turgeon has violated the terms of his probation and on Jan. 30, 2005, a statewide felony warrant was issued for his arrest. There are also outstanding warrants for failure to appear for theft in the second degree, false information to a police officer, and driving uninsured. Total bail on the three warrants is $25,000. Turgeon is described as a white male adult, 6 feet tall, weighing about 198 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has the word "Kayla" tattooed on his chest and scars on his right elbow and left and right forearms. Both ears are pierced. He may also be using the alias of Terry Luke Turgeon. The picture shown here, taken Jan. 7, 2005, is the most recent image available. Local law enforcement has received information that Terry Turgeon is still in the Medford area. If you have seen him, or have information of his whereabouts, contact Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 800-3-DETECT (800-333-8328) and refer to case No. MT-109. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in these cases or any unsolved criminal activity. Callers can remain anonymous. The reward is sponsored by Sonitrol of Southern Oregon.
