Medford police Monday arrested Chapman on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree trespass and three misdemeanor theft charges. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Burglary — Lacey Rae Castleberry, 30, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Castleberry on charges of first-degree burglary as well as third-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged Monday in jail on $56,000 bail. Drugs — William Joseph Shepard, 26, of the first block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Shepard on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failing to register as a sex offender, second-degree theft and for violating the conditions from his parole on a past rape conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Drugs — Jonathan Paul Gerlick, 21, of the 100 block of Country Hill Drive, Phoenix. Medford police Sunday arrested Gerlick on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released. Disorderly conduct — William Stuart Cobb II, 45, of the 900 block of Crest Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Cobb on a charge of felony first-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged Sunday in jail on and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Caleb Joshua Allen, 29, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Allen on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree trespass. She was lodged Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Mona Guillen Padilla,21, no known address. Central Point police Monday arrested Padilla on charges of possession and delivery of a controlled substance hear a school and on two out-of-county drug warrants. She was lodged Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Jessie Rubio, 37, no known address. Medford-area drug agents Monday arrested Rubio on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. He was lodged Monday in jail on more than $1 million bail. Fugitive — Mathew Raye Baker, 27, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Baker on a fugitive warrant out of California. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
