CHECK IT OUT — Information outlining the proposal and its expected effects on the environment are available over the Web at " target="_blank">www.klamathnwr.org. You also can visit the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Klamath Falls office at 1850 Miller Island Road West, Klamath Falls. SEND A COMMENT — Letters may be mailed to the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuges, 4009 Hill Road, Tulelake, Calif., 96134, or faxed to 1-530-667-3299. Comments may be sent electronically to [email protected]. DEADLINES — Comments will be taken through June 22. They will be reviewed before a final environmental assessment and a decision are made this summer. If not appealed or challenged in court, any changes could go into effect this fall.
