Abducted 5-year-old remains missing; birth mother jailed CENTRAL POINT - Oregon State Police are asking for help finding a missing child. Five-year-old Sierrah D. Foster was abducted from her custodial parent, who lives in Wisconsin. The child's biological mother, 21-year-old Heidi M. Maerz, reportedly abducted the child. A transient who told police she lived on Obenchain Road in White City, Maerz allegedly brought the child to Oregon and has been living with her in the Rogue Valley. When she learned that police were looking for her, Maerz reportedly hid the child with the help of a local resident. Maerz was arrested Thursday in the Talent area and charged with custodial interference on a Wisconsin arrest warrant. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail to await extradition to Wisconsin. Sierrah has brown hair, brown eyes, a gap between her front teeth and weighs 42 pounds.
