Two arrested at Josephine County pot grow By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Sep 21, 2021 09:01 PM A A Police destroyed 4,537 allegedly illegal marijuana plants Tuesday in a Josephine County raid. Chen Shu-Momg, 34, and Qike Wen, 36, were arrested and booked into the Josephine County Jail for unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item. Five other subjects were detained because of safety concerns. The investigation is ongoing, the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office said. The grow operation was on a site where the Red Mountain Golf Course operated previously.
